Flor conversations
When you send a message through the Flor chat, it is forwarded to the Flor service at flor.tel with a conversation identifier and the page context. The service processes the conversation under Flor’s privacy policy. Do not enter passwords, payment details or confidential records.
Browser storage
The chat stores a conversation identifier and recent messages in this browser session so the conversation can continue when you move between pages. You can clear the conversation using the chat’s clear button or by closing the browser session.
Project enquiries
The project brief prepares an email in your chosen email application. It is not submitted by this website. If you send it, the receiving team and your email provider process the information you include.
Website delivery
The hosting provider processes technical requests needed to deliver the site and may retain operational logs. Google Fonts receives requests for the fonts used on these pages. Google Analytics measures visits and general interactions only after you allow analytics cookies. It uses browser identifiers and technical information to help us understand how this website is used. Advertising features are disabled. We do not send Flor chat messages or project enquiry fields to Analytics.
