There is no useful universal price
SEO scope changes with website size, platform, technical condition, competition and the work the business can do internally. A small service site and a large product catalogue have different needs. This site does not publish a fixed price because an appropriate scope must be agreed first.
The main scope drivers
- How many services, locations or product categories need attention?
- Does the site need development work or primarily editorial work?
- Is useful first-hand information available for content?
- Who will implement recommendations and approve changes?
- What measurement is already working?
A proposal should make those assumptions visible.
Compare deliverables on the same basis
Ask for specific work, review points and responsibilities. Clarify whether content, implementation, reporting and third-party costs are included. A large keyword count does not tell you whether the important pages will improve.
Choose an initial project when uncertainty is high
An audit or a scoped technical review can establish priorities before a continuing engagement. Define what the handover contains and how recommendations will be used. A recurring plan should have a reason to continue beyond producing a monthly report.
Prepare a better enquiry
Share your website, key services, actual coverage, business goal and timing. If you have a budget range, include it so the team can shape realistic options. Use the project brief to start the conversation.
